Starting at the age of 17, Ryan began working in the Marina District in Downtown San Diego. By the age of 18, Ryan was running his parents’ small family business, It’s a Grind Coffee House, on the corner of First Ave. and G St. For four years he managed his parents’ busy coffee house while attending San Diego State University for mechanical engineering. During the four and a half years he worked at his family’s business, it really gave him a great opportunity to meet the people that make up downtown and really understand what downtown living all is about. Living downtown isn’t just about buying some condo in a good-looking high rise, it is about a certain lifestyle that he hopes he can help you enjoy. He currently lives in Downtown San Diego’s Marina District, and he works for Compass, which was the number 1 independent brokerage by volume in the nation in 2018.
