Ryan was great to work with from start to finish. We live out of state and were looking to purchase again in the Virginia Beach area. Ryan made the process easy and manageable for us! From face timing with us for showings to being on top of any listings we found and wanted to check out. We had the pleasure of working with him for an extended amount of time as we were a little indecisive as to what our actual plan was when we started this journey. But that was no problem, as he was patient with us and in the end we were able to land a new place, back in the same little community where we were before! Also, even after closing Ryan has still been available and has helped us with questions and/or recommendations, which is hard to find and/or come by in a realtor. We’d highly recommend Ryan to future buyers and/or sellers. Thanks again for everything!

Ryan just helped us find our first house, and he was wonderful to work with! He would send us multiple listings per day, and was very flexible working around our crazy schedules to arrange showings. His communication and response times were great, and he also worked closely with our lender to make sure that everything got done quickly (we were able to close in less than one month!) I'd highly recommend Ryan to anybody looking for a realtor :)

Ryan is everything you want in a Realtor. I am several hours away and Ryan did everything on my behalf. He scheduled painters, house cleaners, window repair in sliding glass doors, recommended a new vanity in half bath (excellent idea) and had it installed when I had it delivered. You name and Ryan made sure it was done. When it sold (in ten days) Ryan stayed with the transaction until it closed. It was very comforting for me to have a reliable agent on-site and willing to do what it takes from start to finish. I could not have asked for a better agent.
