We needed to move state to state. I picked Ryan Reed. Why? His face. No, really. I hadn’t read his reviews or background or recognitions.
But.. all of the above did check every box that we needed. Century 21 is well known, Ryan had lived in both states, and knew the obstacles we were going to face and helped us. We picked a few houses, saw the pros and cons. And had video walks. Our list of needs and wants seemed unrealistic, but we bought a perfect house, for us.
We did it all via emails, video chats, electronically. We were a great match. Thanks Ryan

Ryan is the consummate professional. He was extremely diligent and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. Always available to answer questions and a fantastic communicator. As a first-time home buyer, the process seemed nerve-wracking but Ryan immediately puts you at ease. There was never a question I had he couldn't answer and was honest and forthcoming about everything. I highly recommend Ryan and I'll continue to work with him in the future!

Ryan was a great realtor for me. He had a good understanding of the area. I had to drive an hour and a half to get to Ashtabula and he was always willing to help and made sure he was available when I was available. He is very personable and easy to work with. I will definitely call him again if I buy or sell.

Ryan went above and beyond to help us buy a home from out of state. He viewed several homes for us and provided great information to help us make a well informed decision. We had a few hiccups in the process but Ryan stayed with us and helped us land a great home at a great price. Ryan is the absolute best realtor.

I was working with someone prior to him who didn't get back to me most of the time

Ryan got us in to see the first house within the first 24 hours, he is round the clock always on the ball. Setting things up fast.

Every person We needed for the process he had someone to refer. And after a few showing. We found the perfect home and the team he put together got it done faster then I've ever seen. And he is a really great person to work with as well.

Our circumstances were not normal and when I was ready to give up Ryan ensured me he wasn’t giving up and before you knows it our closing date was scheduled.
