Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Augustana University and a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Mars Hill. Prior to joining the Hegenes? team in 2019, he was the CEO for 15 years for Cru Inner City.??

Outside of work, Ryan loves to spend time with his beautiful wife of 19??
years. They love to work out together, travel, and spend time with their four??
kids. As a past college athlete himself, Ryan also enjoys coaching the??
various sports his kids compete in. He loves any excuse to make fun of the??
Green Bay Packers and their fans…if you ask him, he may or may not dare??
to tell you a story about what he did to the grass at Lambeau Field with??
