This was our first time selling a home and Ryan made it effortless. We had interviewed a few local agents to ensure we get the most out of our experience and Ryan came highly recommended. He was professional yet personable and really made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. We appreciated that he didn’t “sublet” us out to another associate within his team. He always gave us his undivided attention and made time to answer any questions we had or to quickly chat via text to ensure things were going as planned.
Early on, he thoroughly explained the process and provided area comps so that when we did finally list, we were able to decide on a competitive price to really draw potential buyers in the door. The week we finally listed, we had multiple showings resulting in multiple offers, a few of which were well over asking. His expertise helped dial in that magic number to get us top-dollar for our home.
Not only did he walk us through the selling process, he went above and beyond by screening a few agents out-of-area where we intend on purchasing our next home; to ensure they would be a good fit for us. Overall, Ryan made the process very easy and we appreciate everything he did to make it such a enjoyable experience.

What I didn’t know is he used to live in Roseville so he knew the area well so he said he could help us. If it was an area he didn’t know he would help us find someone who could help. I felt bad, Ryan drove up there multiple days with us to look at homes. What can I say! I don’t feel comfortable recommending too many people but won’t hesitate on Recommending Ryan. From our first meeting about listing our home to the closing of the sale, I have never seen a more pro-active agent that kept in touch and always kept us informed. We had some ideas about what we should do to get our home ready to sell and Ryan suggested some other options which were spot on and proved to be the biggest bang for the buck. Also while we were on vacation, Ryan checked up on some construction we had done and even sent us some photos. Selling a home can be pretty hectic but Ryan has the experience to keep you calm knowing that he has everything under control. The only reason I gave him a 5 star rating was because 10 wasn’t an option.
