Going into the house-hunting process we were a little overwhelmed and lost. We were finishing college trying to decide if we could buy a house and how we could do it. We were on the fence about getting a realtor, but our lender highly recommended Ryan Stephens, so we decided why not! We can honestly say we are so thankful we decided to get a realtor and that we hired Ryan! He is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional and kind and all the good things! He educated us on the home-buying process and answered all our questions. He then listened to what we were wanting (and how our wants changed over time haha) and helped us scour the market to find options meeting our wants/needs within a tight timeframe. He coordinated with our lender, inspector, etc. to make the process super easy. He also helped us with making informed bids and negotiating repairs. We ended up finally finding the cutest little house and it even appraised for more than we bought it for! Rare in the crazy market! Ryan is a 10/10 and we will definitely be recommending him to all our family and friends!"

Ryan is an absolute rockstar when it comes to meeting all of your real estate needs! He has helped my husband and I buy and sell our first home over the past 2 years, and he couldn't have made the process any easier. As a first-time home buyer (in a very competitive market season), I was super nervous to take the big leap. However, Ryan was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He sent me great home options within my price parameters, made himself available for showings, and clearly and concisely talked me through every step of the process. He made the process so incredibly easy; he communicated with my inspector, my title agent, the contractor that took care of essential repairs to the home, etc. and kept me well-informed and in contact with each person involved. Where do I begin. Ryan has got to be the most patient, understanding and caring realtor I’ve met so far. He was able to listen to all of our concerns. He was unbiased and open minded during the entire process. Also, he works well with people from all walks of life, which made me and my souse super comfortable and happy to work with him. Even during a crazy market, it always felt Ryan had our best interest. Another plus was he was an amazing communicator, which is something we highly value. Nowadays people can barely text or call back in a timely manner, but Ryan was always responsive and was never in a rush when talking to you. If you need to sell or buy, Ryan is your guy. Ryan Stephens is FANTASTIC! If there was a way to give him more than 5 stars, my husband and I would. Going into the process of purchasing our first home, I was slightly nervous. I’m so glad we had Ryan as our realtor. He really knows what he’s doing and you can tell he does this full time and not as a side job. We ended up falling in love with an older house (built in 1930 😳) and Ryan made sure it was thoroughly checked out by both the inspector and specialists (foundation, roofer, electrician, HVAC). He made what would have been a huge headache instead a very exciting and enjoyable experience. He took care of everything! He was present when we were unable to be and if he thought a quote sounded incorrect he recommended a second opinion. Not only is he a kind person who is fun to work with, but he also saved us a ton of money! We got the house for $10k less than asking price even in this crazy market and he was able to get accurate quotes on repairs and negotiated the sellers paying for most of them. Buying a house is such a big deal, it is essential to have someone who is an expert in the field on your side. We will definitely be using Ryan in the future and recommending him to all our friends and family

Much like Joaquin Phoenix in Joker, Ryan Stephens was our special effects.. our CGI... our ace in the hole. After deciding to move to Little Rock to be closer to work, and expressing interest in moving to the Heights, Ryan was not only able to find us the cutest little house in the best location but he was able to help us negotiate on the price, closing costs, and repairs (in this market!). The dude was an absolute real estate ninja. What I learned through this process is... you NEED to have someone with solutions in your corner. Too often though this process, we ran into people that only presented problems without offering solutions. And every single time, Ryan was our go to guy. He either had the solution, or he knew someone with the solution. Seriously, do yourself a favor and put a guy like Ryan in your corner. He will go far beyond just finding you the right house.

Ryan met us the very next day, and listened to us and what we were looking for in a house for hours. He was responsive at all hours of the day to us, and provided us with up to date responses to houses that were both on and off the market. He showed us multiple houses on multiple days a week and traveled all over Central Arkansas with us, and when we found the house that we wanted he truly strived to help us achieve the goal of getting that house. He worked behind the scenes with our lending agent and our title company to make sure everything went smoothly through closing. He also facetimed us and texted us throughout the process to alleviate any fears or concerns we had. When we started this process I had no clue who Ryan or pixel realty were, but now I will constantly recommend him as a realtor to both friends and family.

As a first time homebuyer, I had always thought of buying a home as a crippling mountain to climb where unexpected hurdles should be expected and countless hours are spent gathering documents and communicating with the bank, not to mention the part where you actually find the right home after sifting through the internet and drive-by’s in neighborhoods. To say that my experience was in reality a stroll in the park would be an understatement. Ryan added me to an online email database that notified me only when homes with my specific criteria were put on the market and this helped tremendously to not waste time looking at properties that I wasn’t interested in. Ryan was available to show me homes literally every single time I wanted to see one, even when they tuned out to be a dud. Ryan even walked me through a hour-long explanation of the entire process of buying a home and that in itself was invaluable because it helped me to have a broader understanding and also helped me to anticipate the next steps. All in all, I was so impressed by how much time and energy my Realtor was investing in the biggest purchase of my life and I’m so grateful that our paths crossed unexpectedly and that he took me on. Additionally, Ryan worked his magic to get me into the house I bought before it even hit the market!! That was because he had gotten to know my personal taste in homes and figured this one would be the perfect match, and he was not wrong!

Ryan was by far the best person we could have picked to be our realtor. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.
