Ryan Stewart

Ryan Stewart joined the Newmark Mountain West team in 2018 to pursue his passion for commercial retail real estate. Born into a real estate family, Ryan’s dad carved the path for him of what success looked like as a commercial real estate agent and a broker.

Since starting his real estate career, Ryan has completed 339 transactions totaling over 1,319,193 SF transacted, with a transaction value over $435,000,000. There is nothing that drives Ryan more than the success of his clients. In 2022, Ryan was nominated for CCIM’s Rookie Broker of the year.

Some of Ryan’s top clients on both the buyer and tenant side include Take 5 Oil Change, International Car Wash Group (ICWG), Roxberry, Fort Street Partners, Evergreen Development, Kimball Investment Properties, and Crystal River Partners. In 2022, Ryan facilitated eleven transactions with Take 5 Oil Change with the goal of helping the auto center expand to 25 locations in Utah by 2025. Crystal River Partners is one of Ryan’s largest shopping center investment groups. Between 2022-2025 he helped Crystal River Partners to acquire over $50MM of Retail Shopping Center assets.

Outside of work, Ryan and his wife are avid runners. With multiple marathons on their resume, however, their greatest joy ultimately is being parents to their son Hudson.
