Our experience with Nitin, Surabhi & Steve & the whole S&N team was outstanding. Initially, we talked with a realtor but we were not very confident & it didn't work out. Fortunately, we met Nitin and Surabhi by chance at an open house and they provided us with detailed information and walked us through the entire home-buying process. They listened carefully to our requirements and sent us numerous options. Our agent Steve was very quick in arranging the showings. We visited 6-7 houses and open houses before finding a house that caught our attention, but we were aware of the high level of interest and competition it was likely to attract. Despite the odds, Surabhi and her team worked intelligently and proactively & despite multiple offers on the house, we were able to secure the house we truly loved.

We got to know The S&N Team through Social Media. We had watched Videos of them, they sounded genuine and we felt like we could talk to them. They were prompt at setting up a call, Nitin spent almost 30 mins just going over our requirements, what were our needs, wants, requirements and what really is important to us. The fact that someone is sitting with you, listening to you and is genuinely interested in what is important to you makes a huge difference. We started off not knowing where to buy as a first time home buyer, the S & N team guided us right through the process. OUr agent Juan was very responsive. He would arrange for home visits even at short notice. He really helped and guided us by showing what to look for in a house. He is very knowledgeable and patient with his clients. They never pushed us to make a decision and only guided us in the right direction. This team works great together. We were able to secure a home we loved and the team was able to negotiate great prices even after going binding, which was great. We were moving from out of state and were looking for a good realtor. We worked with other realtors in Atlanta before, however, they couldn't show us any houses within our budget, then we got introduced to the S&N team through social media. Surabhi and Nitin are the power couple of GA Realty. We had less than 2 months to find a home and move states. I was referred to S&N Realty and I couldn't be happier I chose them. I had contacted 4 other realtors in the Suwannee, GA area before selecting S&N. They are professional, reliable, dependable, and make their clients their #1 priority. They both will not rest and literally do everything in their power to help you find your dream home at the right price! They are well connected and have numerous resources in the area.

The task of finding me a specific type of home, in a high sought out area was challenging, but both Surabhi and Nitin came through! The S & N Team stood out because they carefully considered how to sell our home. They didn’t just try to list the home, but they had a full marketing plan.
Everything that was laid out in the marketing plan came together. They did some wonderful staging, beautiful photography, showings, and social media etc.

We meet Surabhi & Nitin at a housewarming for one of our friends who bought their home through this team. Our friends had all great things to say about the s&n team and their home is beautiful. We were thinking of taking a break from the home search at that time but we had a good connection with Surabhi & Nitin. Nitin scheduled a zoom call with us and discussed our requirements in detail. The S&N team was highly recommended by friends so we decided to work with them. Most conversations or touchpoints were with our agent Carol. She is an awesome agent, easy to work with, did a lot of hand holdings, did a lot of things, and she gave us a lot of inputs that came very handy. She is awesome and helped in all the ways we could ask for.
What I liked the most was everything was explained to me beforehand about what to expect and where things would head unto. Nitin explained pretty much everything beforehand. Also, the insights that Nitin gave were very helpful.
The home we bought was new construction and it fits almost everything that we have asked for on our checklist and exactly like we have planned and prayed for.

She really cares about our preferences, as well as the community and neighborhood we were looking to buy. I struggled a lot to find and get a house in this competitive housing market from past 1 and half year. I did go for bidding twice and was not that lucky to get a house in Alpharetta.

We found out about the S&N Team via Facebook and decided to reach out for a consultation. Nitin set up our consultation and he was very knowledgeable and explained things really well. We felt we were in good hands and decided to move forward.

We were buying our home long distance so we needed a flexible agent. We met our buying agent Laurie and she was wonderful. She was very patient with us. She understood we were buying from another state and was very flexible. She went above and beyond to help us - setting up showings, and doing video walkthroughs for us.

The first home we wanted didn’t work for us. We were disappointed but Nitin and Surabhi talked with us. The market was very competitive when we were looking for the houses, however, Nitin and Surabhi worked hard to get a home for us and at the same time, they made sure we didn't overpay. What I really liked about them is that they are not pushy and make sure that we are comfortable with our decision and that is something hard to find. We were looking for a home during Covid on our own, so it was a bit challenging. We decided it would be easier to look for a home with the help of an agent. At that time, we belonged to a facebook group and that is where we found The S&N Team. We watched their posts and saw so many people commenting and praising them, we decided to give them a call. Surabhi was driving when I called and wanted to set up a meeting where I could sit with my husband and Nitin could join so we were all together to talk about our needs thoroughly. We did see 2 or 3 houses with another agent before them, so we were feeling skeptical at first, but we're so glad we ended up choosing them. Our experience was very good. They have a great process for all of us to stay in constant connection. We especially liked Nitin's data analysis and the information. I had heard of the S&N Team before, as they helped my friend and former colleague and they had all the great things to say about this team.
Between the ad and recommendation, everything just came together. I scheduled a consultation. Everyone attended, including Surabhi, Nitin, and Allison. It was a great session. They listened to my requirements and walked me through the process. Everything was really professional and convinced me the team was the right choice.
Allison found a great modern and contemporary home with natural light. When I found we got the home, I responded promptly and was ready to move forward.
Unfortunately, we had some issues with the seller and there were delays and loopholes the builder threw at us. While we were walking the dogs we noticed a for sale sign in the neighbor's yard. We connected with the S&N Team and they were able to set up a consultation right away.

Surabhi and Nitin came highly recommended. My cousin referred them after he saw them on Facebook and worked with them. I said thanks and tucked the information away for later. A year later, my loan officer spoke to me and said I should try using them. He said they were really involved in real estate. Then it clicked, they were the same people that I was given reference of before. A year later, they were still being referred by different people.

Since it’s covid-19 we met online via Zoom. I wanted to incorporate my parents in the decision-making process. They were able to accommodate this, and that was helpful.

They asked some great questions and right away we were able to pull up a map and pick the neighborhood I was interested in. They set up a cool search based on my requirements and I received all these homes to look at.

Now, I will tell you the search part is fun, but then it speeds up. When I found a home I liked, we went to see it quickly. This was a little intense, but well worth it. The home we found checked off all the boxes - great neighborhood, facing the right direction, and right size. They guided us through the whole process and made sure I stick to the requirements which were important to us.

Very Good experience with S&N Team on my first Home Purchase.
They made the whole process looked so simple (though it is not as it seemed) and have been with me through the entire process.I have been with few other agents before them but S&N is truly exceptional and above par when it comes to Customer satisfaction. They work out of their scope and hours to meet the closing timelines which is very rare. Would highly recommend them for any Home needs specially first home buyers.

We are now a happy home owners and a big thanks to Nitin and Surabhi. They are the best! They are very professional and form a great team. We just loved their approach of first understanding our requirements and then looking through the properties. Nitin brings his technical expertise while Surabhi makes the whole home buying process so much fun.

First and foremost , there are many many Real Estate Experts and Professionals out there and more or less everyone offers similar benefits but one thing that is hard or in fact impossible to get these days is the personal touch that Surabhi and Nitin brings in when they get associated with you. I have had firsthand and very recent experience with them and I got more than what I was expecting. They made sure that I was indeed their priority and so they did open house even on the long weekends (unbelievable) , got involved hands-on in making the house presentable, they went even to the extreme and helped us cleaned the portion of the house mid night during the closing period when the buyer raised some concern and we could not find a cleaner. These are only the few things to mention, there are too many such things. We are glad that we had Surabhi and Nitin by our side as Real Estate Experts else it would have been really difficult for us. We know that we wont have a second thought to lead us the hunt for our next home. We highly appreciate their effort and would recommend them to anyone looking for to Sell or buy a property.

One of the Realtor we met and worked with. Nithin and Surabhi is a great team who work in hand to hand to help their client to get the best on their budget. They are so good in understanding what their client require. The process starts with the meeting in which we (the client) can discuss the requirements with them. They give valuable advises from their experience and help us to prioritize the requirements up to our budget. (this is a great help for 1sth time home buyers like us, since so many things we think as priority are the less important than something we are ignoring).
The best part i found from this team is - Nithin gives importance to budgeting/evaluation/Pricing part where Surabhi is always working to get Client to get a home making every one in the family of the buyer happy. (She even talks with the kids and try’s to match their requirement also at the home). This will make sure the client gets a home suits their requirement at the best available price. They are good in giving correct offers and getting the offer accepted by the seller.
The follow ups of the team is awesome. We have options to suggest the homes and they will make sure to have a visit at the home the same day or the next. One another advantage with this team is they will have a look at the home before they show the client and will do a Video walk through before the actual visit. This saves a lot of time of the buyer. They will do the first home work to analyze the home/surroundings and make sure that matches the client. They never pressurized me to stick to any home. They were patient enough to show a lot of homes and explain the pros and cons of each one. Even for the home we closed now.. they sat down with us and debated on pros and cons so that they can make sure we are not going wrong in getting my home.
From my experience, I can guarantee this team is Awesome helping people getting their right home

"When I First began my journey of wanting to own my First Home was year ago. I met Surabhi and Nitin Arora a Husband and Wife team at an OPEN HOUSE. I was not Familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. But Surabhi and Nitin were incredible friendly and took time to sit down with me and my wife to Determine what would be a good house for us . They even recommend a lending agent in the area which we ended up using and greatly appreciated.
Surabhi and Nitin set aside all day for my visit and prepared comprenhisve list of listing based on my requirement They took us to view all the houses They where very helpful in explaining the entire process. When house of our dream popped up they secured the viewing and guided us on a bid to win that house I truly believe their expertise help tremendously in our offer getting accepted.
They are not only True Professional in this business but and Outstanding Human Being.
