We weren’t the easiest client. We didn’t have specific requirements. We only had ideas and felt like we would know it when we saw it. Sage showed us houses and acreage. The journey took a while, but Sage was always responsive, nice and knowledgeable. And he never pressured us.

Ultimately, he helped us find our cabin on the river! Sage is a good guy and someone I came to view as a friend.

Sage did an amazing job of selling my previous home and putting me into a new one. He was responsive, thoughtful, engaged and provided creative solutions to every issue we encountered. He explained everything and ensured that I felt confident in my decision making. He did such an extraordinary job that I recommended him to my own daughter who is preparing to buy her first home.

My husband and I bought our first home in October 2024. Sage was the most patient realtor that we have used. My husband and I had been house hunting for quite some time and never found the right realtor until we met Sage. Sage answered any question that a first time home buyer could ask and if he didn't know he would find the answer. Even after the sale he still checks in on us to make sure everything is going well. By far the best realtor we could've asked for.

Sage was amazing. I had a high stress move and a limited budget to purchase. Sage spent hours and drove hours finding the right home for me and the kids. He is upfront and honest and will do anything to help make the process enjoyable! Highly recommend!!

Sage did a great job in both finding the exact type of home we were looking to buy AND selling our old home. It took some time to find the new home we were looking for, but Sage was very patient and helpful in that endeavor. He was also very helpful in finding contractors to take care of the few problems needing repair on our old home. As far as selling our old home he was able to sell it on the FIRST day it was listed.
