Sage Newman is Designated / Managing Broker at LacMont Realty Group, Inc. Since 2013, Sage has been involved in over $230,000,000 of real estate deals where he has helped clients make offers, negotiate contracts, and close transactions.

Sage enjoys all aspects of the real estate transaction process and uses his extensive professional network, excellent listening and communications skills, and attention to detail to obtain the best results for his clients.

When it comes to providing advice on real estate investments, Sage works diligently with his clients to review all financial aspects of any deal. Clients appreciate his objectivity, experience, and market knowledge to help them achieve their investment goals and maximize their financial success.

Sage also has extensive knowledge and expertise in the ever-changing rental real estate market having served four years as President of SRX International, a corporate housing company providing completely furnished temporary housing for people conducting business in or relocating to Washington State.

When not working, Sage enjoys spending his free time outdoors hiking and running. The many beautiful state and national parks in Washington are his favorite places to enjoy these activities.
