Sal recently helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home in Northern Virginia. Sal came recommended to us from two of my coworkers who used Sal when purchasing their first homes, as well.

Sal worked with us for over a year in a tough market for buyers, and helped us find the perfect condo in a great neighborhood (and a great price!). He carefully took into account our home wish list, often met us on short notice to see a home of interest, and entertained all of our questions with incredible insight. The condo was new construction, and Sal advocated for us and negotiated on things that we did not even know you could negotiate for with new construction. He has continued to be our primary liaison with the builder since closing, and has shared a wealth of helpful information with us as new homeowners. We are so grateful for Sal's expertise, thoughtfulness, and (heroic) patience. (He's also just a great and interesting person, and it was so fun to get to know him throughout the process.)

We look forward to working with Sal on any future home transactions in the region, and will be referring him to all of our friends and family.

Sal is hands down THE go-to guy for all things real estate related. I have personally used his property management services for my rental unit for several years, as well as his expertise for when I was ready to sell the property. He makes every process as smooth as possible. He gets things done without any fuss. He is super responsive when anything pops up with my tenant, and as the property owner, it's nice not having to deal with the headache. His reliability, honesty, and straight-forwardness makes him a diamond in the rough, especially when there's so many other real estate competitors in the area that don't deliver a premium experience such as Sal. When I wanted to look at a potential investment property out in a rural area 2.5 hours away, he dropped what he was doing and met me there on the dime. I plan on using Sal again when I'm ready to make my next real estate investment, purchase, or sale, and for the foreseeable future.

Sal brings a keen understanding of the D.C. real estate market. My partner and I would consistently barrage him with questions, and his responses were always patient, insightful, and warm. He was able to speak equally to the charm and beauty of an apartment but also its investment value. He always respected our preferences but also posed important questions when necessary. He has a strong sense of renovation costs (as well as many contacts in the industry) and was always quick to answer a question or offer a solution. We feel lucky to have worked with him!

It was a pleasure working with Sal Rihani of Nhabit Real Estate Company. Sal is an excellent realtor and businessman. He has extensive knowledge of real estate on both a local and national level. As a first time homebuyer, the process was explained in a clear and concise manner. He has an excellent response time and will reply to any questions or concerns early in the morning, late at night, and on weekends.

Sal listened and selected properties based on my requests. He works with clients with very modest budgets as well as those looking for high-end properties in affluent areas. Sal identified and stayed within the price point I requested. There was no pressure to make an immediate decision. While touring properties, Sal identified any potential structural defects and when asked, provided a mental visual of potential redesigns of spaces.
