We would highly recommend Sally for your realtor. In the last 2 years we have sold 2 houses and bought a house with Sally as our realtor. She was GREAT to work with and easy to communicate with. She never made us feel like we were bothering her with our gazillion questions and worries. When and if we do purchase again we will not think twice about our decision. She truly became family to us all.

I had the pleasure of working with Sally Armstrong at Howard Hanna Reality. I told her what kind of house I was looking for what it needed to have my price range and area she found the perfect home perfect price and perfect location. She always returned my phone calls or text messages in a timely manner answered all of my questions. I couldn’t of worked with a better realtor she was absolutely amazing . I have already referred her to friends that have used her in buying or selling their home. And I will continue to use her in the future.

“If I could leave more than a 5 stars review for Sally, I certainly would. My husband and I started off in the housing market in February of 2021 during the peak of a sellers market with a different realtor before finding Sally. From February to June, our previous realtor had minimal communication with us, had not listed our current home for sale, and never took us to see one house on the market. There was no drive or urgency in a time that was crucial to help us find our forever home. We decided that realtor wasn’t for us and we reached out to Sally. The very next day, Sally came over and sat down with us and answered all of our questions. She even took us to see a house listed that same day. We had very specific needs and wants with our next home and Sally went above and beyond to help us find a home that exceeded all of these. We would find houses and send them to Sally and in some cases she would have a showing scheduled for us that evening or the very next day. I have a family of 6 with a very busy life and tight schedule but Sally never failed to work around our chaos to get us in to see homes on the market. We found our forever home the end of July 2019. Sally listed and sold our home over asking price all within this time frame. She even had 5 back up offers for us. We were in complete shock with how timely and efficiently Sally worked. Her communication was phenomenal and she never failed to keep us out of the loop with changes. I would recommend her time and time Again.
