As first time home buyers, we started searching for houses on Zillow, Trulia, and Homes. We found Sally Chaplin's profile on the side bar of one property and after reading that she enjoyed working with first time home buyers and had excellent reviews we contacted her. Sally got back to us within 1 day and we had scheduled our first appointment within the week. At that first visit, Sally spent at least 2 hours with us explaining the process of buying a home. She also took the time to get to know us and what we wanted in our first home and already had scheduled 2-3 showings that same day. Sally also made a point to reassure us that although the process may be long and trying, she'd help to navigate and explain everything along the way. We left that first visit feeling a little overwhelmed but knew we had found the perfect realtor for us. That initial visit was very telling because throughout our house hunting process Sally was fantastic. She worked with our complicated schedule and was always flexible and accommodating with showings. She provided helpful opinions of each property and was always honest when we asked for her 'gut feeling'. She was professional, knowledgable, and complete but she was also a genuine person who we enjoyed talking with and getting to know. Sally helped us to find our perfect home at an excellent price and we could not be happier. If you want a realtor who will go above and beyond to get to know you and find the right home, you want Sally Chaplin.
