Sally is an incredible person and handled the sale of my home beyond my expectations. I had multiple offers, and booked solid showings which took only 3 days to sell my home. I got way above asking and my home was very unique which has had trouble the prior year selling. Sally Mitchell is an amazing realtor and person! She is professional, kind, efficient and will get the job done! Sally first worked to find the perfect home for my daughter last year. My daughter and her family were very impressed with Sally so when we decided to sell our home, I instantly called her. Our house sold immediately! Sally was incredible. She does it all. I needed to purchase a new home quickly, and then sell my house. Sally made herself available to show us homes at all times, even traveling a distance when called upon. She listened to what I was looking for and she was able to narrow down my search time to only homes matching my requests. We found the home of our dreams and our quick settlement went off without a hitch, thanks to Sally reviewing documents, making calls to be sure all items were complete. She also made suggestions on selling my home, areas to improve upon to maximize our earnings. All of her suggestions were spot on. We sold our home within a day and a half, received multiple over asking price AND this was over a Holiday weekend! This settlement went just as smooth, thanks to Sally's perseverance, knowledge of the industry and overall thoroughness. Her company, Homestarr was also top notch. All of her contacts were the best! So easy to deal with, but more importantly, completely knowledgeable. Again, no surprises for settlement which was held 45 days later.
