Sam Davidson

Sam was born in Jacksonville, FL and raised in St. Augustine, FL. He attended The Episcopal School of Jacksonville before graduating from The University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and then later for his MBA in 2014. Sam began working for Davidson Realty and Davidson Development as the V.P. of Special Operations in 2013. His position includes land management, asset acquisition and disposition strategies, and participation in developing the financial management strategies of all six Davidson Companies. Sam specializes in the acquisition, disposition and positioning of both entitled vacant commercial property and unentitled vacant land of all sizes.

Sam enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time with his friends. He loves working alongside his family.
