About Sam

My experience in real estate started some 40 years ago when I first received my license. Another business opportunity surfaced and I didn't return to real estate until 2010 when I joined Tuttle Realty in Lenoir, NC. In January of 2012, I came home to Taylorsville, my hometown, to continue my career. Here, I became affiliated with Cooper Southern Properties, working here until Dec. 2020. At that time the owners, Marshall and Marissa Winstead relocated to North Myrtle Beach, affording me the opportunity to purchase the office and start Sam Davis Properties, LLC.
Having graduated from N.C. State with a B.S. degree in Textile Technology, I then served in the Marine Corps for six years, The lumber industry is where I spent the next years, buying and selling timber land, enriching my knowledge of land and timber.
My real estate career has been most satisfying; connecting my buyers with their new home is quite fulfilling. On the other hand, helping a satisfied client sell their home lets me know that I am in the right place.
Serving the residents of Alexander and surrounding counties is my goal.
My wife and I live here in Alexander County. Taylorsville has been my home my whole life except for those years spent at N, C. State and while serving in the Marine Corps.
