In his best year, Sam had completed over 60 transactions. He is an expert in resort, waterfront, and residential homes and condos. Sam is also experienced in vacant lots and acreage. Sam was born and raised in Flint, MI, where his family has a long history. His mother retired to Harbor Springs right after he graduated from high school, giving him the opportunity to spend more time in the area during summer and college breaks. After graduating from Ithaca College in 1984 with a BS in Economics/Management, he moved to Northern Michigan -- no other place really compares. Sam worked in retail for several years prior to starting his Real Estate career. Sam has been married since 1993 and raised two children who both graduated from Harbor Springs High School. Sam also enjoys biking, skiing, kayaking, boating, and travel.
