Sam Fakih’s interest and passion for real estate began at a very young age. From watching his parents buy and sell homes to the experience he gained with his uncles who built spec houses in the 90’s, Sam’s life has been influenced by the world of real estate. One of his fondest memories as a kid is when his parents’ Realtor put him in charge of opening the lockbox to see their new home. That lasting feeling of having a fresh start in a new home has shaped Sam’s world as a Realtor and he aims to help clients experience this excitement every time.
With over 20 years of sales experience and personal investment in real estate, Sam knows residential real estate inside and out. He currently resides in Encinitas with his wife and 2 dogs. When not helping clients you can find Sam enjoying the beautiful Encinitas/Cardiff beaches, hiking trails around San Diego County, playing golf or pickleball, camping at South Carlsbad State Beach, and traveling with his wife.
