Before becoming a real estate, broker and founding Fiduciary Homes, Sam worked as a property manager for a large Seattle based professional fiduciary company. He bought and sold all types of properties in various conditions, including houses (large estates to teardowns), condominiums, townhomes, mobile homes, commercial property, vacant land, and farmland. He signed the contracts, hired the professionals, and experienced the stress of working through the complicated fiduciary process followed by the joy of a successful closing.
