Sam Goldman

Samuel is a devoted and highly motivated Broker/Owner of Alaska Built Real Estate LLC. After purchasing his first investment property, he pursued a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Finance. He continually studies the market and the latest trends so that his staff, licensees, and he can connect people interested in purchasing real estate with the right property to meet their needs. Samuel is a member and sits on the board of directors for the Valley Board of Realtors and the Mat-Su Home Builder Association. He enjoys working with first-time homebuyers as well as investors.

With a background in the construction industry, Samuel has worked hand-in-hand with many builders and local developers. He is the exclusive representative of Robert Yundt Homes and is excited to put new homebuyers into custom homes in some of the hottest neighborhoods of the Mat-Su Valley, as well as finding land and multi-family buildings for investors. Samuel strives to use cutting-edge technology as well as good old-fashioned research to not only respond and communicate with his clients instantaneously but also to scour the MLS and market for properties.

He is an extremely hard worker and an assertive advocate for his clients. As a real estate investor with a fast-growing portfolio of residential, commercial, and storage rental units, Samuel is always on the lookout for new opportunities. When he is not busy working, you can find him exploring hiking trails, and fishing spots, and savoring all the great Alaskan outdoors has to offer!
