Sam Gorall

Sam Gorall comes to JDM as a commercial broker representing buyers and sellers with their commercial real estate needs. He has experience in redevelopment properties, land, office space and tenant rep. Sam’s experience as an entrepreneur has helped him see commercial real estate through the eyes of the investor and business owner. Sam has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in sales and marketing.


Sam has also spent tenures in the medical device industry, guiding corporate accounts and surgical centers in adopting and adapting to new technologies. As someone who understands the operating room and medical office space; Sam’s experience brings a unique opportunity for JDM to expand their portfolio.


Sam volunteers time with the newly developed South Side Business Club; guiding new entrepreneurs through steps of starting their own business. When he isn’t helping clients or volunteering his time, Sam can be found with his wife Terri and kids. Sam’s hobby is on the golf course, proving to his friends and himself; being a pro golfer is not part of his future.
