All realtors are not made equal...Sam Granata is a cut above the rest! I had an amazing experience with Sam, who ultimately found exactly what I was looking for. His wealth of experience, great depth of knowledge and vast network in the local market are invaluable! Sam listens and communicates well and gives timely feedback and updates throughout. I loved that he leverages various technology tools to simplify and help make the daunting home search process so efficient. Great plus that he always has mask and hand sanitizer! Sam helped me sell my fathers home. He made it an easy process, was always attentive and always a text or phone call away. It was particularly difficult as I live out of state, but Sam made the entire process go smoothly, even so. Always professional, and has your best interest in mind. I would highly recommend !

Sam did an incredible job as our agent. He was what my wife and I, as first time buyers needed in our agent. He listened to our essentials in what we were looking for and set alerts so that as soon as a home was available that fit our needs, he could immediately set an appointment. He displayed patience and awareness for our needs and never made us feel like we were causing any inconvenience or being unreasonable in our wants for our price range. Because of his due diligence, hard work and his care for his clients we were able to get a home in this market in a very quick time and we somehow managed to purchase the home under the asking price at a time where all the homes were selling at asking price or above asking price. He was always a call or text away when we had a question or needed a favor or an answer. Sam is a rockstar Agent

Fantastic experience with both selling our old house and purchasing our new home. Excellent , Has no limits exide expectation . Is not first and is not going to be last deal with Sam . He has capabilities to do what you do not think is passable .
