Born and raised in Elizabeth City, NC Samara (Sam) Griffin attended Northeastern High School and went on to East Carolina University to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Sam has always worked in Customer Service and has a passion for impacting other’s lives in any positive way she can. After college Sam returned to Elizabeth City where she purchased her first home, which is what sparked her interest in Real Estate.


Achieving homeownership at a young age, Sam understands all the emotions and discipline required to meet your goal. This is why her passion is to educate those who are unaware of how attainable homeownership is.
