I needed to sell my home within two months to move back to Florida with my family. I called Sam one afternoon just shopping around for some agents, and on the first call, I made my decision that he was going to be the agent that would sell my house. “I’ll do you one better, I’ll sell your home within a month,” is what Sam told me on the phone. He did not keep that promise. Instead, he sold it in 3 WEEKS. I was astounded by the amount of effort he showed doing so, and you can tell Sam puts “the customer” first. He kept me updated throughout the whole process which gave me a sense of comfortability and that I was in great hands. If you are trying to sell your home fast, Sam is the guy!

Sam is an agent who is passionate, positive, and very dedicated. He is the agent who goes the extra mile to get his client the best results. My husband and I went back and forth trying to sell our home with other realtors and we became very frustrated with the process. When Sam listed the property, we sold in less than 2 weeks and we received multiple offers. He was patient and offered his time to educate us about the market at hand and what was best for us at that time. Sam is a highly skilled negotiator - I was able to find my dream home and I paid much less than I budgeted. Buying a home can be stressful, and having a knowledgeable, well connected, and honest realtor in your corner is absolutely essential. He helped me through every step of the process from buying to lending to closing. Sam has a keen eye for detail and his experience is evident. He steered me away from a questionable property based on structural risks that I completely missed - potentially saved me from financial ruin. He had a genuine interest in finding the perfect home for me, totally non-pushy and patient. When the time came to make the offer, his connections and industry knowledge came in clutch - I paid $50K less than asking price.
Im very thankful for his expertise, and I can't imagine ever working with a different realtor in the future.

In this business, I have dealt with agents who work for a quick dollar, then there’s Sam. Sam worked around the clock for me and my family a few months back. He took his time, and made sure my wife got the exact house we were looking for. For over 3 months we gave Sam the hardest time and were very picky on what we wanted, Sam looked for homes day in and day out until we got the right one. He was caring and made this business relationship feel like I was dealing with a close family member instead of just another real estate agent who’s trying to sell me any house they can find.
