My mother retired last year and decided at the end of last year (i.e - last month) that she wanted to move to Florida in the Tampa/Clearwater/Largo area to live closer to me and my family. We met with Samantha to discuss what my mom was looking for while my mom was visiting for the holidays and to see if it she’s be a good fit. Needless to say, my mom is moving down here at the end of this month!!! All thanks to Samantha. She truly exceeded our expectations from the very start… professional, responsive, courteous, and committed (very on top of the market - showing us multiple options).
She understood exactly what my mom was looking for and the right style. Even little things like how she gave my mother recommendations on how to decorate and layout the new place. She spent the extra time to make sure this journey of buying a place was comfortable and seamless for my mother, and even and my family. I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks.
