Sam is a native Floridian, born and raised in Tampa. He considers himself an expert on the Tampa Bay Area as he has watched it grow into the regional powerhouse that it is today. Sam graduated from the University of Tampa where he also played baseball. He was fortunate enough to be drafted by the New York Yankees and pitch in the Major Leagues. Following his playing career, Sam went into coaching and has been coaching baseball at The University of Tampa for the last 22 years. Baseball has taught him many things, including discipline, drive, and work ethic.
Sam has always had a passion for real estate as he has invested in real estate himself. He knows that buying a home may be the biggest purchase a family will make, and his commitment is to make the process as seamless as possible. Paying attention to detail is his strength and he believes in integrity, hard work, and loyalty.
When he is not helping a family find their forever home, you can find Sam spending time with his family at the beach, the same beaches he grew up on as a kid. Sam is also an avid sports fan. He loves watching his 11-year-old daughter play soccer and he supports all the hometown teams, Bucs, Lightning, and Rays.
