Born and raised in the Salinas Valley, Sam learned the virtues of hard work from Swiss immigrant farming life. He has adapted that same work ethic to his real estate practice and excels at that hard work it takes to do the right job for his clients. After graduating from Cal Poly State University in San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business Management, Sam moved to the Monterey Peninsula and has been involved in real estate and the good life there ever since.

Sam's hobbies include being a private pilot, wine making, scuba diving, African game drives, the occasional horse packing and wilderness hike, fly-fishing, tennis and of course, the absolute must on the Monterey Peninsula, golf. He speaks Italian, French and Spanish, and loves traveling to countries where he can hone those language skills.

Sam takes pride in exceeding his clients' expectations. Helping sellers achieve their goals with target marketing to attain the best price as quickly as possible with the least amount of hassle, Sam gets results.
