After nearly 20 years living and working in the hollows and hills of their mountains, Sam knows and cares about the people and places that make Western North Carolina so special.

In his role helping medical professionals and their families relocate to the area, and his work helping buyer and seller clients from outside of the healthcare sphere, he is committed to listening deeply and advising clients through the challenges and opportunities of the real estate process. It is a natural extension of his previous work as a physical therapist, and as a leader and program developer in local nonprofits.
