Sam is the best realtor I have been working with. He is going above and beyond to get you the house that you are looking for. Moreover, he has the best communication methods. Always answering phone calls and responding to text and emails in a timely manner. He is also pointing out things need repair or attention (free house inspection 😂). Also, he recommends repair to increase the house value. In the meantime, Sam Will give some handyman’s information that will give you the best price with high quality.

Sam is an amazing realtor! Selling a home and buying a new one could be really stressful but working with Sam it all was super smooth and unbelievable easy. We decided to sell our home but didn't know where to start or what to do, so we reach out to Sam Wanis. As soon as we talked to him, he gave us some suggestions on what needed to be done in our house and gave us a price selling range. Not only did he sell our house for 30k over selling price but it didn't even make it to the open house. Highly recommend Sam to be your listing agent, and please do as he says, don't hesitate to ask him any questions at anytime, he is always available 24/7 no kidding. Sam is awesome! He saved us tons of money$. Everything went smoothly and correct. He made it happen no matter the time to see a house we wanted to see. He answered all our questions and put us at ease. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know.
