Sam is the best realtor I have been working with. He is going above and beyond to get you the house that you are looking for. Moreover, he has the best communication methods. Always answering phone calls and responding to text and emails in a timely manner. He is also pointing out things need repair or attention (free house inspection 😂). Also, he recommends repair to increase the house value. In the meantime, Sam Will give some handyman’s information that will give you the best price with high quality.

Sam is an amazing realtor! Selling a home and buying a new one could be really stressful but working with Sam it all was super smooth and unbelievable easy. We decided to sell our home but didn't know where to start or what to do, so we reach out to Sam Wanis. As soon as we talked to him, he gave us some suggestions on what needed to be done in our house and gave us a price selling range. Not only did he sell our house for 30k over selling price but it didn't even make it to the open house. Highly recommend Sam to be your listing agent, and please do as he says, don't hesitate to ask him any questions at anytime, he is always available 24/7 no kidding. I am extremely pleased with Sam. From the initial meeting to the end of our home being sold Sam displayed great professionalism and compassion for our family. I was very happy that our home was sold in 6 days being that it was a large size home. I imagined that it would have taken longer but the advertisement, pictures, 3d tour and pictures were remarkable thus Sam was able to obtain several offers. I would highly recommend him for the sale or purchase of your home. He dedicates a great deal of time understanding the clients needs and that's what matters most.

Working with Sam was fun. As a first-time home buyer we asked a ton of questions. Through very clear and quick answers, Sam provided us with extremely useful information. He even responded to our questions on the weekends. He went beyond what we expected from a real-estate agent.
