She guided us all the way from the initial search through the close of our new home. She has also been very helpful with the sale of our old house.

Look no further for a great relator! Sam made our home buying process so smooth! As a first time home buyer the market was very intimidating to us before we found Sam. The whole process with her was very relaxed, she even gave me a recipe for lavender lemonade to keep calm ;) She was quick to show us 5 houses, even when I sent them to her only a few hours prior to viewing. She worked hard to make sure our bid stood out and that our offer would be accepted once we found the one. Once our offer was accepted she recommended Kevin at Motto Mortgage who was also great to work with. Together they worked hard and we were able to close in 30 days! Five stars!
