Sam has been the best realtor that i have ever worked with. I was referred to her by a co-worker that raved about her, and I must do the same! If someone asked me for a realtor suggestion, I would have to give them Sam's contact. When I met with her, she spent no less than five hours with me going over info about her company, process, and how to best approach selling my house...that same day I signed a contract with her and before she left, there was a for sale coming soon sign in my front yard...she was out there in the middle of a down pour installing the sign! Throughout the whole process she has been very responsive over the phone and text, as well as email. She usually responds within a couple minutes to texts, email, and phone calls. When she emails over documents, they're accurate and she always makes sure to send a text letting me know she emailed over documents as well as to confirm receiving the signed copies. Also to advertise the place, Sam went above and beyond to coordinate a photographer, staging, and make suggestions on how to properly present my property. If I can't be at the house to meet with the photographer, stager or contractor, she is there to help out! Sam doesn't just focus on the final sale of the house, but the whole process and how to properly guide the client from start to finish. If you want a realtor that will not just sell your house ,but assist you each step of the way, then Sam with Highgarden Real Estate is the realtor for you!
