Samantha Figures

I am Samantha, but my friends call me Sam. I am a mom, wife, Realtor, and entrepreneur. I grew up in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia, and continue to reside here with my family and three dogs.
I love animals, live music, walks in nature, sitting around a firepit, and sunrises. I also enjoy motivational podcasts, graphic design, coffee in a great mug, the beach, summer nights at the lake, the beginning of each season, Halloween, homemade crafts, home design, and cooking.
I've been a Realtor for over 17 years, and I have helped many families find their dream homes! I am so grateful to work in a profession I love, which allows me to have a part in guiding my family, friends, and clients on an incredible real estate journey.
I am honest, professional, caring, and will always have my client's best interest at heart.
When I'm not helping people buy, sell or invest in real estate, I spend my time hiking the beautiful trails my area offers, enjoying a great cup of coffee at a local cafe, working on personal development, and spending time with my family.
