Sam grew up around real estate. Her father was a home builder and land developer, mother a broker and interior decorator. Sam is a self taught interior decorator and certified home stager. She knows first hand what it is like to be the client in real estate transactions. Sam and her husband have bought and sold 11 homes in 8 states, lived in numerous rentals and owned investment properties. She knows what it's like to search high and low for your dream home, with the best schools, close to work and now in the perfect empty-nester neighborhood. When deciding to switch careers to real estate Sam reflected on all the personal transactions and knew she wanted to offer her clients more than what they expected.
