I know it wasn’t easy to find a home with my idea of what I wanted combined with my daughter’s idea of what she wanted. Samantha was amazing to work with. I can't say enough of how easy she made this whole process. Especially in this market where good houses aren't on the market for more than a day or two. Her communication is top-notch; she stays on top of everything for you even if you forget something. She constantly touches base with both the client and the lender to make sure everything is moving along. She also knows a lot about the inside of homes. She was a big help when it came to the home inspection. I would recommend Samantha to anyone buying or selling a home. We'll definitely be going back to her if we're in the market again.

If you want our realtor’s info, for BUYING or SELLING, I would be MORE than happy to share it. I cannot say enough GREAT things about her. She started the journey explaining all the ins and outs in ways I could understand and helped me realize that it IS tangible, made clear the expectations, gave us the direction for our lender, and held our hand the entire process. She knows her sh*t backwards and forwards and every piece of advice or knowledge she shared rang true from what to look for when viewing homes to the whole offering process. She has resources in the home buying process that saved us money and PEACE OF MIND.

My experience was wonderful working with Samantha to buy a house,she is motivated and more than happy to help you get a house from start to finish she was passionate about me getting a home for my family, my loan was not the easiest loan to get approved it was definitely road blocks preventing me from getting approved but by the grace of God it worked out in my favor, and what ever I need help with Samantha was there to assist, she is very knowledgeable and professional about the business, reason I can say that is because I have purchased 2 homes using Samantha as my agent and I look forward to using her in the future, so if you are in the market of purchasing a home you can't go wrong with Samantha you will gain a friend.
