After earning her B.A. in Communication and minoring in Psychology at Washington State University—where she led as Captain of the Pom Squad (go Crimson Girls!). Samantha built a successful career in luxury salon & spa operations, the experience shaped her signature style: polished service, sharp attention to detail, and a deep commitment to client care.

Outside of real estate, Samantha serves on the board of the Cactus League boys team charity with her son and volunteers with the National Charity League alongside her daughter—reflecting her deep roots in the community.
