Sam is a top notch agent. Went above and beyond to find us the perfect house. We loved everything that she did for us, honest and we trusted her opinion on everything. We also used her to sell our lake house and it sold fast. Would gladly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great agent. So great of a realtor that we have recommended her to all of our friends and family. You won't find a more sincere, dedicated agent then Sam. Always willing to give her honest opinion to make sure you make the right choice for your wants and needs!

I am beyond blessed to have been able to work with Sam for the last several years. After a horrible experience with another realtor in 2018, Sam and I met and she sold my home within days for far more than the other realtor thought possible. Sam also helped us find the home of my dreams in 2018, and I couldn’t have been happier. In 2020, when I separated from my spouse, Sam not only helped sell my home, but Sam went above and beyond the call of duty for me. It was the most stressful and emotional time of my (and my kids’) lives, but Sam helped make that transition as smooth as possible, fielding my phone calls, and often breathing calmness and kindness into my weary self. She eventually helped me get into a new place in 2020 and I couldn’t have done any of it without her. I look back on that awful time, and still remember just how much Sam did for me. In 2022, I met someone new and in 2023, she sold my home and once again, proved to be the best realtor I could ever ask for.

Everyone’s buying and selling experiences are different. Some of us move due to a spouse passing away or a divorce. Some of us move under better situations like having a bigger family or finding a new job. In my many experiences buying and selling homes, I can say that everyone needs a realtor like Sam. She fielded the most recent sale of my home post-divorce and did it with kindness and class, working with both sides respectfully and honestly. She worked through the sale of my first home at my lowest low and my final home at a time of great joy.

When someone can look back and find that the one who stuck it out and helped get you through was an agent, that’s WAY more than an agent ever gets paid to do. Sam is that person. She’s a quality realtor and an amazing, well, now I’d like to say, friend. So no matter what your home buying or selling situation is, I know that there isn’t a better realtor out there who is prepared to help than she is! Thank you so much Sam!
