Samantha Van Riper

Samantha "Sam" Van Riper has been a REALTOR for over 10 years, specializing in property management and residential real estate sales. She opened Bear Paw Realty in April of 2019 and has since worked to grow to a premier property management and real estate company. Her clientele consists of buyers, sellers, and investors. Always available to assist with growing investment portfolios, she enjoys assisting clients (friends) with selling their homes or downsizing to help with their family needs. Once a client with Sam, you are always considered a friend and family. She has assisted investment owners with rehab projects and increasing the value of their rental units.

She is a proud mother and wife and spends her time with family and volunteering at her son’s school. She spends her time taking her son to all things soccer and baseball. She loves to do small projects around the house and maintain her yard.
