When my wife and I decided to put our house on the market in order to relocate closer to our employment, we agreed that the Huntsville market would give us an advantage in selling our home that was in a rural area of the county. Therefore, I researched online for hours on end during a 3 week period after discovering that there were over 4000 agents in the Huntsville area. Also, I began asking my friends and colleagues in the Madison area who they recommended.

As a former Retail Operations Manager, I decided to help narrow the search by looking at the current statistics especially in the category for sellers. We wanted the BEST. We wanted someone Professional, Competent, Focused, Organized, all the while being Transparent in their overall analysis of our home and local market. After viewing multiple websites, reading hundreds of reviews, researching the top 5 Real Estate Brokerage Companies in Huntsville, and contacting the National Real Estate Review Board, I was able to narrow it down to two local agencies and one national agency. Although I was in the Sellers category and in the Luxury Home category, I researched all of the available categories in order to find the one individual that appeared in the highest rankings of each category.

The next step was to interview the top candidates of our research. I wanted to be fair so I limited each one to 45 minutes and gave each one the same information prior to the interview for their preparation. After the interviews, I presented my wife with all the information that I received along with all of my previous online research in order to compare it to my decision.
The agents' market analysis for our property was almost identical, but what stood out was the detailed Plan of Action. In fact, Samantha not only had a Plan and a Process.... she had written a BOOK on it! She not only Planned her Work, She WORKED HER PLAN!

Samantha came to our home and explained every detail in how the process works. She was transparent and told us what we had and what we needed to do to move forward. However, she listened intently to what we had to say and to our objectives. She shared her experiences and we followed her advice. She prepared us up front in what to expect and how to respond. We had a custom built home that was four years old and didn't expect any surprises, but unfortunately we had a few and Samantha was one step ahead of us. She not only informed us what the issues were that needed attention, she had companies in line and ready to service everything that was brought to our attention. Samantha stayed one step ahead of us during the entire process. Like clockwork, she had a process for each step and she communicated via text, email, and personal phone calls. In fact, over 250 times she communicated with us. She responded to every text, email, and phone call within minutes every time: Nights, early mornings, weekends, soccer matches, doctor appointments, etc. In the few instances where she wasn't available, she had one of her team members to represent her. She also informed us in advance when she wouldn't be available.

Although Samatha is ranked in the Top 3% National Multi-Million Dollar Producers, she treated us and responded to us AS IF WE WERE HER ONLY CLIENT. Samantha has set the standard for others to follow! Samantha has won numerous awards, featured in and on the cover of "Top Agent Magazine", published a #1 Best Seller book, "$OLD", and selling 30+Million in sales in a year.

Samantha listed our home and within hours of going live, she brought us 2 offers within 36 hours. Not only did she sell our home within 36 hours, she offered to help us find a new home where we were relocating. Samantha made it possible for us to close on both homes on the same day in the same city based off our needs. She made it HAPPEN! A COMPLETE Agent!
