Samen was an excellent realtor! He is very knowledgeable about realty. Samen takes his time to listen to what you desire in a home. He was very patient during the process while looking through many possibilities. We were finally able to land a nice place in central Tacoma/south Tacoma that is close by everything! When someone was trying to put one over on us thru a questionable place that didn't pass inspection Samen went to bat for us and made sure we got our earnest money back! Thank you Samen for all your hard work for us! We love our new place! I highly recommend Samen Mam with Keller Williams Realty!

I've recommended Sam Mam to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell or buy a home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor like Sam. I now consider Sam a good friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home well or selling a home :) Thanks again to Sam for being such a pleasure to work with especially with my family :)

Great agent, I would refer him for anyone who is looking to buy! The market is crazy and as a first time homebuyer I have no idea what all the big purchasing terms really mean. Sam was able to break down everything so that I really understood all my paperwork and what to expect. It took us about 6 months to finally settle on a house but Sam was patient and great with us!
