Samina Chowdhury, recently sold my house at $1.5M, in Lothian, Maryland. I found her an Extra Ordinary realtor. She studied on my property very deeply and took an excellent approach and present it to buyers. Four families compete and offered it higher than our asking price.

The sales agent was quick with an offer that fell through very quickly. So I had some doubt's at first. I then had a new paint job, new carpet and cleaning done.
