We’ve known Samina for a while and used her help to sell my daughter’s townhouse a few years back. We were very pleased with how quickly she sold that house. Samina helped sell our house very efficiently and quickly. I found Samina to be on top of her game. Samina Chowdhury, recently sold my house at $1.5M, in Lothian, Maryland. I found her an Extra Ordinary realtor. She studied on my property very deeply and took an excellent approach and present it to buyers. Four families compete and offered it higher than our asking price.

The sales agent was quick with an offer that fell through very quickly. So I had some doubt's at first. I then had a new paint job, new carpet and cleaning done.
I also had cleaned the front and back decks. It took an (anxious) while for a decent offer to get in, bit when it did, the agent stick with it and it came to the Settlement.
