The sales agent was quick with an offer that fell through very quickly. So I had some doubt's at first. I then had a new paint job, new carpet and cleaning done.
I also had cleaned the front and back decks. It took an (anxious) while for a decent offer to get in, bit when it did, the agent stick with it and it came to the Settlement.
