Samina is an OUTSTANDING Realtor and person. Samina is very responsive, knowledgeable of the market, has the contacts needed for a buyer or seller, and takes the time to know you as her client.

Samina works for Bob Lucido, Keller Williams which is a firm with many resources. Samina's professional team took great pictures of my home, staged, and had my home sold within two days of coming onto market. I have worked with Samina on two purchases and a sale. I appreciate there is no sale too big or too small and what matters is her client's needs. I have also recommended her to my mother (home bought using Samina as her Realtor), a close friend and a colleague. I, obviously, would recommend her to anyone else. EXCELLENT work, Samina!

The sales agent was quick with an offer that fell through very quickly. So I had some doubt's at first. I then had a new paint job, new carpet and cleaning done.
I also had cleaned the front and back decks. It took an (anxious) while for a decent offer to get in, bit when it did, the agent stick with it and it came to the Settlement.
