Sammy had the privilege to serve in the Navy for 38 years as a 20-year Navy veteran and 18-year Civil Servant. As a leader and manager in the Navy, he developed the ability to build cohesive teams by listening to team members, thereby guiding and mentoring them to success.

While serving in the Navy, he was known for his positive attitude and professional approach to all situations, no matter the challenge. Sammy has always believed that the best work comes from a passion for what one does. He is dedicated to customer service and firmly believes that one must listen well to understand what is needed.
