Sam Avila is AMAZING! I have worked with a lot of Real Estate Agents over the years and Sam is among the best! He is friendly, professional, and patient beyond belief. He was extremely responsive to any questions and concerns. He returned phone calls and emails promptly. Not only did he research areas for us but he followed up with other Agents about the particulars of each house we were interested in.
