Sam is a seasoned agent, being licensed since 2019. A portion of that time has been experience in the property
management field. Through his success in real estate, he has acquired a few
rental properties, which he continues to manage as Short Term and long term
rental investments and is an expert in San Diego's Short Term Rental policies.
Although helping clients buy and sell homes is his number one priority. In
addition to Sam expertise, with the backing of our team, you are working with
professionals that have cumulative experience of 30+ years. He also has an
extensive network of professional services to refer. From lawyers and
accountants to contractors and inspectors, he has a person for the job.
He originally hails from Virginia, just outside of Washington DC. He ventured south and attended Univ. of South Carolina where he received a degree in Political
Science, with a minor in Public Relations and Advertising. After graduating, he
worked for Ford Motor Co until he left for a year abroad; spending 15 months
teaching English and studying Spanish in Costa Rica. This is where his love for
the ocean blossomed, urging him to head for the best coast and the finest city
in America. He loves swimming, surfing, running, rock-climbing, martial arts,
cooking, his family, and helping San Diegans buy and sell homes! He knows it is
so much more than just brick and mortar; it is a your goals and your lifestyle.
