I bought a house some years ago and don't remember the name of the agent I worked with. I'm pretty sure I'll remember Samuel Ham's name years from now. I recently bought a house in Norwalk and got referred to Sam by a neighbor. I can't say enough good things about the experience. It was surprisingly smooth, painless...easy! Yep, despite the crazy, pandemic housing market. Sam kept me on track, reminding me what I said I wanted when I was wavering or veering away from my original plan. He is a professional but I felt like he had my back the entire time, like he really cared about my finding a place I loved. He was responsive, patient, personable. Within days of working with him, it became very clear that he had the experience, expertise and connections to make my dream happen in a climate that's sounded like a nightmare for many buyers. Sam's connections?! They. Are. Everything! Honestly, I feel like I hit the jackpot finding Sam, partly because he knows someone reliable who can help you with any issue that comes up in the process. His mortgage bank reco? They made things smooth and simple...and even sent me little gifts to mark the various milestones along the way! His oil tank guy, handyman, electrician..all great. I joked with family and friends that Sam "has a guy" for everything and he really does! I have this sneaking feeling that lots of convos happened on my behalf between Sam and all his contacts. Convos that helped ensure I got what I needed and wanted. He was quietly taking care of my business behind the scenes and things just seemed to flow. When you're a single woman buyer, having this kind of service and trust is so critical. I would recommend Samuel Ham, all his "guys" and his entire team (Jeneen, Nadine, Melinda) without a second's hesitation to anyone buying a house in Norwalk or anywhere nearby. You will not regret it!

My family and I worked with Samuel and i couldnt imagine working with anyone else. He’s honest and one of the most patient people I’ve met. We looked at many houses and put offers on a few. He not only helped us find the perfect home but also made the process easy. He was able to get us an attorney, inspector and a loan. He was there for us every step of the way and encouraged we wait and be patient instead of buying something we’ll regret. My family and I can all say it was well worth the wait. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Sam. I was new to home buying so I had TONS of questions. Sam and his team were very patient and responsive at any time of day. He explained everything in way that was easy to understand and even recommended a great mortgage banker and lawyer. This made the whole communication process even easier! Everyone worked great together and really looked out for our best interest. He really got to know me and my family which made the relationship and process more amicable. He hand picked houses that he thought fit right for us and gave critiques when necessary. He got us a home in the middle of a pandemic and at a peak in the market, if that doesn’t say WOW, I’m not sure what does! Thank you Sam, from me & my family 😊

We recently worked with Samuel Ham for both a real estate purchase and sale in the Fairfield County area. Throughout the process, Samuel was knowledgeable and responsive.
