I recently purchased my first home with the help of Sam and I have nothing but great remarks about my experience. He made, what is typically one of the most stressful moments of a persons life, blissfully simple. He has a wealth of knowledge in home construction so he was able to spot any issues with certain houses. Sam recommended excellent resources for my home purchase who were all top of the line and extremely helpful. Also, on the day of closing he made the day very special and meaningful to me; it truly meant a lot. I will only be recommending Sam to anyone who needs to purchase a home from now on, highly recommended!

Sam did a phenomenal job! If you're looking for one of the most professional, upfront, and personable agents, then look no further. Sam is your guy!! He took all the necessary precautions for the current COVID situation we are in and despite all that is going on, he was able to make it as comfortable and easy as possible for us. Sam goes the extra mile.

I contacted him out of the blue as a renter looking to relocate to Chicago and he was immediately responsive, professional, and diligent. He knows the city extremely well, has an excellent bead on the renting market, and helped me find my dream apartment after touring over a dozen great locations in just two days' mornings. He is great with details and very efficient. The way we were on-time for each of our back-to-back showings all over town was borderline supernatural.

I felt I had his undivided attention the entire time I was with him, and he answered all of my questions about all aspects of Chicago life, its renting market dynamics, application logistics, buildings, amenities, and locations. He genuinely cares about finding the perfect place that's going to make you happy and tick all of your boxes, and he's a very personable, easy to work with agent to boot. He makes the hard work look easy.

Samuel Jensen recently assisted with my son's relocation from SC to Chicago. My son is Sam's client, but my wife and I had the opportunity to meet Sam on a recent trip to Chicago, and I asked Sam to give me the opportunity to provide this review for him. Sam is so professional, so personal and goes above and beyond expectations. He was with my son every step of the way during the process. Sam kept in frequent contact, provided multiple well targeted leads, and his communication was over the top. Sam understood our son's needs and represented him so well in his relocation. Sam has an outstanding work ethic, he relates well to people, and is very comfortable to be around. I would rate Sam 10 stars if it was possible. If we ever have future real estate needs in the Chicago area, Sam will be my first call.

Sam is truely the "magic man". He came into a difficult shortsale situation with difficult banks, and never was discouraged. He actually sold our house not once but 3x as the bank was difficult. If it can be done, HE can do it. I have never met a more professional, positive individual and feel blessed to have had him on my side.
