I’ve had really bad luck finding a Realtor who above anything else puts the needs of their clients first. Samuel from the minute I met him I knew he was genuinely kind,Professional,knowledgeable patient,most importantly took the time to Explain the entire process with me and what was next along the way. He answered every single question I asked him From the most important to the tedious ones.
Not one minute with him is rushed. When I needed to call or txt him he was just as responsive. There so so many realtors and finding one that checks every box is almost impossible. Samuel checks every single box. I can’t recommend him enough.Anyone looking for an Amazing realtor will know he’s that special one within a minute of speaking with him. Had a meeting with Samuel today about becoming a future FTHB and he was able to answer any and all questions I had for him at the end. He was very straight forward and I appreciate the time he took to explain the WHOLE process of FT home buying with things such as pre-approvals, lenders, looking at what to expect is on the market, being prepared to fill out necessary paperwork like contracts, closing statements, etc..
