Buying a home during the pandemic was super stressful. It was hard to find homes that were in my budget. The homes that I did find were being sold for 10-15k more than what I wanted to spend. I ended up coming into contact with Sam (realtor) who was more than helpful through the entire home buying process. He helped my family through all the ups and downs (downs being not having you’re offer accepted) of the home buying process. One thing Sam kept telling us is “Don’t worry we will find you guys a home.” Sam was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the entire process and stuck with us until we found a home. Some months later we ended up finding a great home at a great price and Sam was with us till the end. All I can say is he is an AMAZING realtor and Re/Max Preferred is lucky to have a wonderful realtor on they’re team.

Sam was not only extremely easy to work with, but made the entire home shopping process a breeze. He was always accessible, and extremely flexible with my availability. Combine all of that with his own personal knowledge, there isn’t a realtor I would’ve rather chosen to help me find my new home! Will be recommending him to anybody I meet that is looking to take the next steps into home ownership!

Sam is one of the most hard working realtors I've ever seen. He is willing to work all hours of the week, including weekends, to make sure he gets you into the right home for you. I wouldnt go through anyone else to buy or sell a home!

We couldn't be more pleased that we found Sam Ohler as our realtor. We were contemplating the potential of a second, part-time residence in Toledo to be near our daughter and her family. As we began our process of finding a realtor, Sam was the one realtor who was most responsive, genuine, and up for the challenge. Sam accommodated our wide ranging and changing criteria and thinking with ease.

After looking at a number of second residence options, we decided to sell our home in NC and obtain a permanent home in Toledo. Sam was more than flexible and eager to shift gears and help us find the right home. Even when we strayed from our stated criteria, Sam was willing to go with the flow.

Our house hunting journey ended with our landing a lovely home in our first choice neighborhood. The entire process--from offer, to negotiations, to inspections and more negotiations, thru the title process, and to the closing--was handled beautifully by Sam, even with all of our questions and double-checking on the process. Sam was simply the best. We are grateful and happy new homeowners. Thank you, Sam!
