We have recently sold our Huntersville home and we have Sandi Walsh to thank for such a smooth and successful outcome! She was a trusted advisor from start to finish, with deep knowledge of the Lake Norman area. She also has an amazing design style on top of being so enjoyable to work with!

She started by helping us get our house ready for showing. Spending many hours staging our house, connecting us to any service we needed including a painter, handyman, and property inspector. She studied the market very carefully and priced our house accordingly. She explained the process and always wanted our input. Once we received offers, she helped us understand our options, and represented us well to the buyers agents.

As many long hours that Sandi spent with us, we never even realized that she had other clients or how busy she was. She always made time for us. She was so attentive all the while maintaining a cheerful and calm demeanor. She was truly a joy to work with!

We are so thankful that Sandi was part of our team! She is the full package! My wife’s relocation company recommended Sandi. Our first showing she had a treat basket in her car for our kids. She also gave us a professional printed booklet for each house we toured with all details of the house and property. The house we put an offer on Sandi wrote the sellers a email that secured the deal. Sandi worked on every issue during the due diligence period as if she was buying the house for herself. Friendly, easy to talk to and committed is Sandi! She is very well prepared and very knowledgeable. She even filmed an episode of HGTV’s House Hunter with us! Highly recommend Sandi!

Sandi is incredible. We wanted to have someone we could really trust and Sandi was everything we hoped for. We were relocating from another state and couldn’t some see the properties in person, but Sandi did many FaceTime meetings with us and took the time to explain different areas and neighborhoods.
