Sandra Fuller-Ferguson

Sandra has been a licensed Realtor in Kansas since 2013. She grew up as a farm girl in North Dakota, where she learned to work hard milking cows and driving tractors, and to keep working until the job got done! And more than that, done right! She has lived in Kansas since 2002, residing in the Derby/Rose Hill and West Wichita areas. Sandra and her husband, Lance Ferguson work their real estate businesses together as the SnL Team. In her spare time, Sandra enjoys walking with their Golden doodle, Fozzy and working outside in her yard and gardening.

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial and important decisions you will make. If Sandra earns your business, she promises that she does not take that responsibility lightly. She will be with you every step of the process. She is passionate about real estate and LOVES her job. You may start your first meeting shaking hands, but you are important to Sandra. She has earned many accolades through her real estate career, including President's Club and Master's Circle through the local RSCK association. She has earned the Silver and Gold awards through Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. Those awards are wonderful, but what drives Sandra is not awards. It is taking care of her clients and seeing their appreciation when she has helped them through what can be a difficult transaction. It is helping a young person becoming a first-time homeowner. It is helping a young family move up into a larger home for their growing family. And sometimes it is sad.... assisting with a home sale when a parent has passed away. Sandra wants to earn the job of being your family's Realtor for Life. She will work diligently to be that person for you!
